As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality business services. Reporting directly to the partners and manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and reviewing a diverse range of client accounts Preparing and analyzing Tax Returns, BAS, and Financial Statements Directly liaising with clients, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving Assisting with SMSF financials, including accumulation and pension Handling ASIC annual statements and bookkeeping tasks as required The Benefits Study support including leave, mentoring, and course fee reimbursement. Direct interaction with clients, senior managers, and partners. Monthly professional training sessions contributing to CPD points. Ideally, you possess at least 4 years of experience in a professional services accounting firm Strong proficiency in Xero. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable. You are either a qualified CA/CPA or are actively working towards this qualification. Detail-oriented with a professional approach. Eager to learn new skills and advance your career, aiming to progress to a Partner role within the next few years.
